He is an Engineering and Management professional, with 30 years of experience in various organizations, which started by working the initial 10 years with a few private companies, a public sector company, and in the Indian Army as a Technical Officer.Then his endeavor as an entrepreneur, founded and directed 2 private limited companies and few proprietary firms within a span of 18 years.

Now he focus more on sharing his knowledge and experience in creating high-income growth and happy living for engineers. As an Engineer, he found that the main reason for the engineers having low performance, dissatisfaction in their job, disgruntled engineering students and unemployment is due to their Mindset. They are not able to align themselves with the profession they are in. Mentoring Engineers to a purpose in life,happy living and for high income growth.

All these years he has noticed, a lot of resources are idle, underutilized or not properly utilized, especially technical resources due to a lack of knowledge and support from the suppliers or manufacturers. This opened up a lot of opportunities for Engineers as ” Technical Resource Utilisation Experts (TRUE)(R) “, by transforming Engineers into Digital Leaders. This resulted in his Vision and Mission.
